Calgary Business Central Support
The problem with most ERP support
You call, you get a ticket number, and someone who has never worked on your system asks you to explain the problem from the beginning. After a few support calls, it can start to feel like you are providing the context instead of receiving the help. We built our support model specifically to avoid that experience.
The consultants who implement systems here are the same people who provide support afterward. When you call about a posting error, inventory issue, or workflow problem, there is a good chance the person helping was involved in configuring that area of the system in the first place.
What our support covers
Fixing what breaks: posting errors, stuck batches, permission problems, the report that suddenly disagrees with the ledger.
Answering the everyday how-to questions so your team stops guessing.
Handling Microsoft’s twice-yearly major updates, testing your customizations against them before they hit production.
Small improvements that never justified a project: a new report, a field, an approval workflow. Support is where systems quietly get better.
We support systems we did not build
Practical details
Business days, 8 am to 5 pm MST. Email or phone, straight to our staff in Alberta. You will not be routed through an automated queue. Urgent issues get urgent treatment because a person with judgment does the triage rather than a drop-down menu.
